QA Manager

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment of the company’s quality management system, supervision of daily maintenance, updates, and improvements;
2. Organize the implementation of GMP-related quality management regulations, and timely put forward opinions and suggestions on product quality to the company’s leaders;
3. Responsible for supervising and implementing matters related to quality throughout the enterprise, correcting and preventing (HACCP public account);
4. Review the trial plan and conclusion of product equipment development and process improvement;
5. Responsible for organizing the formulation of quality standards and other documents for raw materials and packaging materials;
6. Due to the needs of quality management, jointly with relevant departments to organize the preparation of new technical standards or discuss the revision of technical standards;
7. Create and update calibration management lists to ensure the accuracy of measurement data and the authenticity and effectiveness of quality records;
8. Responsible for training all employees on quality management systems and quality awareness.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a foundation in mechanical or electrical/electronic technology;
2. Familiar with international standards and regulations for medical device quality management, including ISO13485, MDD, MDR, 21 CFR 820, “Quality Management Regulations for Medical Device Production”, etc.;
3. Familiar with quality management tools and methods, such as: basic theories of quality management, DMAIC, statistical techniques, FMEA, PDCA, 8D, etc.;
4. Good communication and coordination skills as well as problem discovery and problem-solving skills;
5. Relevant work experience in the medical industry.

Software Architect

Job responsibilities:
1. According to the medical product software development process and design specifications, carry out the development, design, and verification of product software based on product requirements;
2. Responsible for the architecture design and function development of medical device product system software;
3. Responsible for quality control and technical support during the product production process, and timely coordinate and handle software-related issues;
4. Responsible for the writing, maintenance, and archiving of technical documents related to the software development process;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, computer science, automation, communication, electronic information engineering or other related majors;
2. Above 7 years of complete project experience, medical device-related software development, familiarity with HL7, DICOM, IHE and other medical-related protocols and standards are preferred;
3. Proficient in C/C++/C#/WPF language, proficient in commonly used data structures and design patterns;
4. Have good coding habits, clear structure, standardized naming conventions, and be able to output standardized software development documents.
5. Strong learning ability and logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

Senior Electronics Engineer (EE)

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the electronic principal design and control of medical device products, component selection, sample procurement; system debugging and cooperation with the overall machine debugging.
2. Draw detailed design drawings, write design specifications and other documents.
3. Based on production and operation needs, provide electronic system optimization and transformation plans;
4. Responsible for the preparation of electrical equipment installation-related operation guidance documents and the drafting and collation of relevant technical regulations;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic information, communication engineering, automation, or other related majors;
2. Above 8 years of work experience;
3. Proficient in conventional analog and digital circuit design, proficient in using cadence development software, familiar with circuit principal design and simulation, familiar with hardware-related development processes;
4. Have certain firmware knowledge, can read firmware code preliminarily, and those with medical device development experience are preferred;
5. Experience in motion control is preferred;
6. Have good learning ability and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.

Embedded Software Engineer (FPGA)

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for FPGA code writing, simulation, debugging and other work
2. Joint debugging with electronic engineers, software engineers, etc.
3. Participate in the selection of interface components in the PCB board, firmware architecture design, formulate debugging plans, system integration and cooperate with system verification personnel to test equipment
4. Technical document writing

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic information, communication engineering, automation, or other related majors;
2. Above 5 years of work experience;
3. Proficient in Verilog or VHDL design language, proficient in using FPGA development software, familiar with coding, simulation, development process;
4. Have certain hardware knowledge, ability to read circuit diagrams, and those with medical device development experience are preferred;
5. Network driver debugging experience is preferred;
6. Have good learning ability and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Undertake embedded software development tasks according to specific project requirements
2. Write code for system modules, debugging tasks, track and handle problems that occur during debugging
3. Teamwork to complete project integration and registration work

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, communication, software engineering or other related majors
2. Above 3 years of software design and debugging experience
3. Familiar with Linux operating system, proficient in embedded development languages such as C/C++, familiar with at least one development framework such as QT, VS
4. Familiar with communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, Ethercat, those with motion control debugging experience are preferred
5. Medical device project development experience is preferred
6. Have good learning and innovation ability

Senior Image Algorithm Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the program development and debugging of the company’s imaging equipment controller
2. Responsible for the evaluation and optimization analysis of image quality in the imaging chain
3. Responsible for preparing software design documents

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, mathematics, software engineering or other related majors
2. Above 5 years of work experience in image processing, pattern recognition or machine vision
3. Have good programming habits, proficient in development languages such as C/C++, familiar with TCP/IP communication protocol
4. Linux operating system experience is preferred
5. Medical image processing experience is preferred
6. Have good learning and innovation ability.
